Matthew Moffitt serves as a First Vice President, Benefits Consultant at Alliant Specialty. Matt’s career has been defined by an intense focus on client service and a passion for understanding businesses in order to improve them. With over 13 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, he has cultivated a unique expertise in structuring health and benefit programs that promote employee well-being while supporting employer objectives.
Matthew's journey began at Mercer, where he spent four years from 2011 to 2015 as an Employee Benefits Associate. This formative role allowed him to gain invaluable industry knowledge and lay the foundation for his future success. In 2018, Matthew joined Lockton Companies LLP as an Assistant Vice President, Employee Benefits Consultant, quickly rising through the ranks to become a Vice President by 2020. During his tenure at Lockton, which spanned over eight years, Matthew honed his skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and relationship management within the employee benefits space.
Today, Matthew serves as First Vice President, Account Executive at Alliant Specialty, a position he has held since October 2023. In this capacity, he specializes in developing complex, self-funded benefit solutions for large market clients across a diverse array of industries, including private equity, skilled nursing, high tech, manufacturing, transportation, and education. Matthew's ability to navigate intricate client needs and deliver tailored programs has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor, consistently providing exemplary service.
Matthew takes immense pride in building and nurturing strong partnerships with clients and carriers alike. His unwavering commitment to understanding each client's unique business drivers allows him to craft innovative strategies that simultaneously promote employee health and employer satisfaction. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for strategic thinking, Matthew continues to push boundaries, solidifying his position as a leader in the employee benefits industry.
Matthew's educational foundation was built at California State University, Fullerton, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a Concentration in Finance from 2004 to 2008. This solid academic grounding in business principles laid the groundwork for his future professional endeavors.

As an Account Management Executive for Major Accounts for Anthem, Dre joins us with over a 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry – starting as an analyst and eventually moving to Account Management. “I enjoy strategizing with brokers and clients about benefits like digging into the weeds of their trend and utilization. I am big into numbers and getting to the root of the cause so we can come up with a solution to make the population healthier. It is also great to meet with the client and get to know their workforce, understand their needs and provide the best options that fit them,” shares Dre. Dre has a background in group both the fully insured and self-funded market space. She also holds a Bachelor’s from Cal State Univ Fullerton and a H.I.P. designation. In her free time she enjoys spending it with her family and friends, watching sports, listening to live music, yoga and painting.

Jenna Farr is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of LaunchLab Partners, where she leads growth strategy, marketing, and brand experience for healthcare organizations.
With more than 15 years of experience in commercialization and marketing leadership, Jenna specializes in growth strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution within complex healthcare environments. She works with healthcare organizations navigating product launches, market expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.
Jenna has maintained a long-standing relationship with the Orange County Employee Benefit Council (OCEBC), having served as a consultant to the organization for nearly a decade prior to LaunchLab Partners becoming its association management company in 2024. She currently serves as Executive Director, supporting the Board of Directors in a strategic oversight capacity while LaunchLab Partners provides operational and management leadership to the organization.
Jenna holds a B.A. in Marketing from San Diego State University and a certificate in Advanced Digital Marketing Growth Strategies from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and brand leadership, Leah specializes in growth strategy, integrated campaign execution, product launches, and full-scale experiential event planning. Her background spans consumer technology and the fashion industry, bringing a refined approach to brand storytelling, audience engagement, and event design that elevates every touchpoint.
Leah currently serves as Executive Director of the Orange County Employee Benefit Council (OCEBC), providing strategic direction, operational leadership, and day-to-day management in partnership with the Board of Directors. In this role, she leads the organization’s programming strategy, member and sponsor experience, communications, and signature events - ensuring OCEBC continues to grow its impact, strengthen its community, and deliver meaningful value to employee benefits professionals across Orange County.
At LaunchLab Partners, Leah leads association strategy and management across the full lifecycle - from planning and execution to board support, member engagement, sponsor alignment, and brand experience - bringing a hands-on, high-accountability leadership style to every initiative.
Prior to joining LaunchLab Partners, Leah served as Brand Director at Aventon, where she led marketing strategy across direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels and spearheaded the company’s rebranding and go-to-market initiatives.
Her career also includes roles at 5.11 Tactical, Sonance, IPORT, and VIZIO, where she developed expertise in global marketing strategy, cross-functional leadership, and campaign execution.
Leah holds a B.A. in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She brings a people-first leadership style, combining strategic vision with operational excellence to build brands, communities, and experiences that create lasting impact.
