Emile Bayle is National Sales Manager at EyeMed. He has previously served as the OCEBC Golf Committee Co-Chair, organizing the annual golf tournament. Emile is serving as the 2016-2017 Vice President and oversees the development of our slate of speakers and programs for the coming year.

Emile earned his Master’s Degree at University of California Irvine, The Paul Merage School of Business.

Ann Stawicki is a Senior Account Executive at Burnham Benefits in Irvine. She and her support team consult with employer groups and implement comprehensive employee benefits programs. Ann first joined OCEBC in the 1990s when she was working with Hoag Hospital. Ann has served as Secretary / Treasurer for the 2016-2017 year.

Ann holds a BS in health science and a Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Services Administration, both from San Diego State University.

Lily Lam is a principal and vice president of operations at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers. OneDigital was named Best Places to Work by the Orange County Business Journal for the past 6 years. Lily has over a decade of experience within the health insurance industry. Within her role, Lily is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the company and managing both the Client Service and COBRA teams. Specializing in business development, sales, management and consulting, Lily aligns services to the needs and goals of clients to deliver the best possible solution. With a strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives, she is responsible for developing standard operating procedures and internal processes.

She earned her bachelors of science in business administration from the University of California when she graduated cum laude. In 2013 and 2010, Lily was nominated for the “Women in Business” award by Orange County Business Journal.

Ashlee Johnson is a Sales Account Executive in the Large Group market for Anthem Blue Cross. In this role, she coordinates all aspects of Large Group new business sales in the Orange County territory including prospecting, developing broker relationships, and finding creative solutions for new Anthem clients. Prior to this role, Ashlee was an Service Account Representative for two years with Anthem Blue Cross, and has a total of nine years of experience in the industry. In 2012, she was recognized as Sales Account Executive for Highest Percentage of Medical and Specialty goals. Ashlee supports several civic and charitable organizations and is the current President of the Orange County Employee Benefit Council. Ashlee holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications and Leadership from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!). When not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband, Alex, practicing yoga, and hiking with her dog, Astro.

Lisa Burns is a Senior Sales Executive in the large group market at Blue Shield of California in Costa Mesa. In this role, she is responsible for new business growth and development in the large group market.

As a member of OCEBC since 1997, Lisa has served as golf chair, social chair, secretary, treasurer, Vice President, and President.  Lisa is the Past President for the 2016-2017 year.

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from California State University Fullerton.

Tracy McGuire is an H&B Analyst at AON Hewitt, working out of the Newport Beach office. In this role, Tracy is involved with vendor management, client’s renewals, and overall project oversight. She also serves as a day to day contact for all of her client’s specific needs. She recently joined the OCEBC board in 2016 and is excited to be involved. Jennifer Gonzales is a Sales Consultant with Warner Pacific, offering expertise on medical and ancillary lines of coverage. Her role is to support brokers with both small and large group clients and to keep brokers informed on the latest carrier and healthcare reform updates. She assists with quoting, benefit analysis, negotiation, employer presentations, enrollment collateral and support, and underwriting/case installation. With Warner Pacific’s state of the art technology and broker tools, access to all major insurance carriers, and 10 years of employee benefits experience, Jennifer is positioned to give brokers an edge!

Shaun Walti is the Senior Sales Leader, South West Region for LifeLock Benefit Solutions Group where his team serves in developing Broker and Consultant Partnerships to deliver Group Identity Theft Protection and Restoration programs for groups of all sizes throughout the Western U.S.  Prior to this role, Shaun was the Regional Director, California Sales with Allstate Benefits and has nine years of EB industry experience.  Although Lifelock, Inc. is headquartered in Tempe, AZ, Shaun and his family reside in Orange County, where they have been for over 20 years.

Shaun has been a member of OCEBC since 2008 and has served as the organization’s Golf Committee Co-Chair since 2014.  He holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from California State University Long Beach.
