Course Relevance: It is imperative that wellness and other healthcare programs are designed to bring the most impact to consumers, especially employees. In order to do so, those programs must be positioned to support behavior change in a way that is convenient, accessible, and meaningful, building upon progress over time. Technology can greatly accelerate and enhance such efforts, but it must be accompanied by human elements.
Course Objective: Attendees will gain knowledge related to current trends and evidence related to behavior change and the impact of technology, such as wearables and digital health coaching, upon an individual’s ability to change behaviors in the context of general wellness and chronic illness.
